酒店英语口语之总机日常用语

      对于一个国际化酒店来说,酒店总台接电话的人员英语水平相对来说要求比较高,因为这关系到整个酒店的形象问题,本文小编真理了酒店总机日常英语口语表达方式。     

     1.May I have your name?/Would you give me your name? I beg your pardon? ( Pardon , please? ) 请问您贵姓?对不起,请您重复一次好吗?      

      2. I’m very sorry. I can’t hear clearly. Could you call it again? 对不起,因线路问题我听不清楚您说话,请重新打一次好吗?    

      3. I 'm sorry. We can't find the guest name on our hotel list. 对不起,我们在酒店的名单上找不到客人的名字。     

      4. Would you mind connecting the line to reception to check it? 介意我把电话转接到接待处让他们为您查一下,好吗?     

      5. I will check it for you again. Just a moment please. 我再帮您查一下,请稍等。     

      6.Could you repeat what you said? / I beg your pardon? 请您重复一遍您说的,好吗?

       7. Could you speak more slowly (loudly)? 请您讲慢一点(大声点),好吗?

   8. Wait a moment, please. l will connect/transfer it for you. 请稍等,我将为您转接。     

       9.How are you, sir? This is the operator. You have an outside line. May I put it through? 您好,先生。这里是总机,您有一个外线电话,介意我接入您的房间吗?

       10. I'm sorry, sir. The line is busy now, Could you please call back later. 对不起,先生,他的电话占线,请您稍后再拨。  

   11.There's no answer,Would you like to leave a message?电话没人接,您是否需要留言?

  12.Sorry , there's no guest with that name.对不起,没有这个姓名的客人。
  13.Excuse me for asking but is he a visitor or a hotel guest?您能告诉我他是住客还是访客?
  14.I'm afraid you dial the wrong number . here is xx hotel operator;您打错电话了,这里是XX。
  15.I'll put you through to the information desk.我将帮您把电话转到问讯处;
  16.Thank you for calling , I 'll relay the message to Mr./Mrs.请放心,我一定将您的意思转达给X先生/小姐,谢谢您的来电,再见!
  17. Could you tell me what time would you like to get up ? 您需要什么时间的叫醒?
  18.Good morning (afternoon ,evening), sir / madam !this is your wake-up call .Have a good day to you (have a nice day )! 早上好(中午、晚上好),先生/女士,这是您的叫醒电话,祝您过得愉快!
  19.There is no charge for in -house call内线电话免费。
  20.You can make a dial-direct call您能直拨电话。
  21. We have got DDD and IDD system in our hotel , if you want to make a DDD, you can dial xxx , and if you want to make a IDD , you can dial XXX .if you have anything else, you can call us again , we will help you , sir / madam我们酒店设有国际直拨和国内直拨电话系统,如果您要拨打国际直拨电话,请您拨XXX,如果您要拨国内直拨电话,请拨XXX,如果您还有其它需要帮忙的,请打电话给我们,我们会尽力而为;
  22.Could you please tell me the form of payment , is it a pay call , collect call or credit card call ,sir / madam ?您能告诉我您要拨打的电话是自付电话,受付电话或是信用卡付费电话吗?
  23.Is this a paid call or collect call? 请问这是自己付费还是对方付费电话?
  24.Could you please tell me country code, the area code and telephone number,sir /madam?您能告诉我电话的国家代码,地区代码和电话号码吗?
  25.Could you please tell me what kind call would like: a person to person or station to station call ,sir/madam? 您能告诉我您要打的是叫人电话还是叫号电话吗?
  26.Could you please spell your name ?能告诉我您的名字是怎么拼的吗?
